In the near future at an alternative world, a continent near to Tierra De Dioses lies a place where people with the Islamic religion lives under the ruling of the Observer government. They built a huge monument tower that looks like the Kabba in Mecca at the main central city, connected to the Helium Tower at the Tierra De Diosis island by long tube cables. The surrounding environment are blending of futuristic buildings with Islamic pattern and heritage buildings from the past.
